Tuesday, March 26th, 2019 from 11am-2pm at the Grinton I. Will Library located at 1500 Central Park Ave., Yonkers, NY 10701. The Westchester County’s Clerk Office Staff travels throughout the county to bring the services of the clerk's office closer to Westchester residents. At the mobile office you can handle your passport needs, including having a photo taken.
