Dear Friends and Neighbors,  I am pleased to provide you with a Summary of New Voting Laws that affects voters in New York.  This explains the voting bills that were passed by the New York State Legislature and signed into law in January 2019 by Governor Cuomo. We all share the goals of increasing voter turnout and making it easier for voters to cast ballots. I hope these new changes to State Law will help achieve these goals.
