We are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Maria Coto, a Westchester County employee at the Department of Social Services, whose commitment and compassion left a lasting impression and positive impact in our community. The injustice of someone’s life being taken who was so dedicated to serving others is profoundly felt by all of us. Our hearts go out to Maria’s family, friends, and colleagues during this incredibly difficult time. We stand in solidarity with all who knew and appreciated Maria for her unwavering kindness and service.
