HEALTH DEPARTMENT ADVISORY LIFTED ON THE HUDSON RIVER.

 

Hudson River Beaches to Reopen Friday, July 14.

 

(White Plains, NY) –  The Westchester County Health Department has lifted its advisory on the Hudson River, and swimming can safely resume at Croton Point Beach and Phillipse Manor Beach on Friday, July 14.

 

The advisory was put in place during sewer main repairs on a 30-inch force main break in Tarrytown, which were completed Wednesday. The Health Department lifted the advisory today after reviewing the results of river water samples.
