STATEMENT FROM THE WESTCHESTER BOARD OF  LEGISLATORS REGARDING TODAY’S SPECIAL MEETING.

 

 

“Chair Borgia commenced a legal action challenging the authority of this Board to consider the resolutions before it. A judge has ordered that this Board cannot vote until after it has issued its decision Friday at 2 P.M. Therefore, we will request that the Clerk call another special meeting to consider these items for Friday, April 28^th at 4 P.M.”
