84 Police Officers to Graduate from Westchester County Police Academy.

(Purchase, NY) – Eighty-four police recruits will graduate from the Westchester County Police Academy on Friday and go to work for 17 law enforcement agencies in Westchester and one in Putnam.

 

County Executive George Latimer, Acting Public Safety Commissioner Terrance Raynor and District Attorney Miriam Rocah will address the graduates and present them with their graduation certificates.

 

The new police officers are going to work for the Westchester County Department of Public Safety, the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department, SUNY Purchase PD and 15 municipal police departments: Bedford, Eastchester, Greenburgh, Hastings-on-Hudson, Mamaroneck Village, Mount Pleasant, Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, North Castle, Ossining, Port Chester, Tarrytown, Tuckahoe, White Plains and Yonkers.
