(White Plains, NY) – County Executive George Latimer will release his proposed 2023 Operating Budget which includes:

·         Tax levy cut

·         Funds Departments of Public Safety, Correction & Probation at highest levels ever

·         No borrowing for tax certs

·         No borrowing for pension

·         No use of fund balance
