HOLIDAYS ON THE HILL ANNUAL TRAIN SHOW IS JUST THE TICKET FOR FUN!

 

 

(Ardsley, NY) The Holidays on the Hill Annual Train Show at Lasdon Park, Arboretum and Veterans Memorial in Somers returns Saturday, November 26. Dates, times and tickets are available at www.lasdonpark.org/hoh22/.

 

With over 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor exhibit space, Holidays on the Hill is designed to bring holiday cheer for every age. Learn the origin of gingerbread men and why Santa Claus lives at the North Pole. Then take a family photo around the Holidays on the Hill train engine, surrounded by decorated trees from local girl scout troops. Stroll down Holiday Lane to visit Santa’s Elf Town, where you can spy a few busy pixies, Santa’s reindeer team and a group of playful snowmen.

 

Westchester County Executive George Latimer said: “The holidays are all about spending time with your beloved family and friends, creating memories and traditions that will last for generations. Holidays on the Hill is the perfect event to do that and more. Make sure you plan a visit to enjoy all the holiday characters, scenery and cheer!”

Inside the Conservatory, G-scale trains will be chugging along on twelve multi-level tracks, under bridges, through tunnels, waterfalls and colorful holiday flowers and seasonal plants! The jolly old elf, Santa, will be available to meet with children in his Holiday Cottage located on the far end of the Conservatory Plaza at scheduled times during each session. Visits with Santa are available as space and time permits.

 

Tickets on sale now! 

 

Tickets will be sold online only with scheduled viewing times, no tickets will be sold on-site.

 

Tickets are available now through December 31. Admission is $20 per adult, $10 per child and free for ages 24 months and under. $15 per senior age 62 and over.

 

The Holidays on the Hill Annual Train Show will be open as scheduled, rain or shine.

 

The exhibit is presented by Westchester County Parks and the Friends of Lasdon Park and Arboretum with support by Mary Ward and Carol Cirieco from Houlihan Lawrence of Somers, Perennial Gardens, Inc., Katonah Nursery, Inc. and South Salem Winery.
