The Board of Health will hold a public hearing at its meeting to consider mandating that public pools less than five feet deep maintain CPR-certified supervision on the pool deck whenever the pool is open. This change would require an amendment to the County Sanitary Code Article XII, Sect. 873.1203, Bathing Facilities, Swimming Pool, Spa Pools, Wading Pools: Supervision.
