Yesterday, we came together to honor and remember workers who died or were injured on the job last year, especially Lt. John Veteri (IAFF 895), Ricky Allen (UWUA 1-2) and Raul Torres (UWUA 1-2).
You can visit our permanent workers' memorial benches/tables in the following locations - all made possible by contributions to this event over the years: Putnam County Bike Trail (12 benches), White Plains Parks 18 benches/tables @ Kittrell, Turnure, Mattison, Gardella, Liberty, Battle Hill and Battle of White Plains Parks. *Most recent contribution to White Plains includes a fully wheelchair accessible table/bench.
