Remote Participation Procedures for Public Hearing, Public Comment for Board Meeting 5/23.
The Board of Legislators’ next regular meeting will take place on Monday, May 23 at 7 p.m.

To speak: The Board has established remote participation procedures for those who would like to speak, during the meeting. These procedures have been instituted to protect public health, pursuant to Chapter 56 of the New York State Laws of 2022 authorizes any public body “to meet and take such action authorized by law without permitting in public-in-person access to meetings and authorize such meetings to be held remotely by conference call or similar service, provided that the public has the ability to view or listen to such proceeding and that such meetings are recorded and later transcribed.” We welcome your participation.
