THE MALL WALK AT THE WESTCHESTER RETURNS.
(Ardsley, NY) – Lace up your sneakers, fill your water bottle and come join the Mall Walk at the Westchester Mall in White Plains on Tuesday, June 7, 2022.
The Mall Walking Club meets every Tuesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the horse fountain on retail level 2 (located between Crate & Barrel and Urban Outfitters). Membership is free, and members park for free from 8 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Fridays. Every walker, including past participants must register at the registration table before walking.
Westchester County Parks Commissioner Kathy O’Connor said, “Bringing back such popular programs like the Mall Walk makes me so happy. Here you can multi-task by getting your steps in while window shopping!”
Are you counting your steps each day? One loop around The Westchester Mall is approximately one-half mile or 1,000 steps.
