Dear Friends and Neighbors,  On Monday evening at our regular Board meeting, the Westchester County Board of Legislators paid tribute to the 25 outstanding students from across the County who qualified as Scholars and Finalists in the 2022 Regeneron Science Talent Search. The range and depth of these students' projects was, as it is every year, remarkable.
