United States Marine Corps Veteran Hired to Broaden Services for District Veterans and Military Families.   WASHINGTON, DC -- Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) released the following statement in support of the addition of a Wounded Warrior Fellow to his congressional district office: “I am delighted to welcome Marc Carlo to my district office staff as a Wounded Warrior Fellow,” said Rep. Espaillat. “Marc brings a tremendous level of expertise to this role following his service and sacrifice as a United States Marine, and he will serve as a liaison on behalf of my congressional office, veterans, and military families seeking assistance with veteran-related issues and engagement with various federal agencies. As a Wounded Warrior Fellow, Marc understands the challenges that military families face as well as the issues and concerns that veterans encounter as they transition back to civilian life following deployments and military service.
