ROADWAY: Bronx River Parkway.

LOCATION: Westchester County Center.

WHAT: County Center Event.

IMPACTS: Bronx River Parkway will be subject to traffic disruptions at the above location due to the special event occurring at the Westchester County Center.  Motorists are advised to avoid the Bronx River Parkway in the vicinity of the County Center (Exit 22).

WHEN: Friday, December 13, 2019, between the hours of 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
