Westchester County Executive George Latimer will present proclamations to the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corp. (OVAC) and the Scarsdale Volunteer Ambulance Corp. (SVAC) for their efforts in helping to keep the community safe and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
