During the Weekly Westchester Briefing:

 

·         First Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Social Services John Befus gave an update on the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), including eligibility, application processes and available resources.


·         Commissioner of the Department of Planning Blanca Lopez discussed the upcoming “World Town Planning Day” celebrated on November 8, and the theme for this year, “Homes Start with Planning.”
