Dear Friends and Neighbors, 

Please be aware that there was a bear siting on Monday in the vicinity of Estherwood Avenue, and this is not the first or only sighting in our area, so be prepared.

Any aggressive, attacking, or emergency behavior should be reported. Please do not leave any food sources outside as black bears are skilled scavengers. Please be wary of leaving your pets outside without supervision.
