| Dear Friends and Neighbors, The Hispanic Heritage Festival will be on Sunday, July 14 from noon to 7 p.m. at Kensico Dam Plaza in Valhalla. It is the sixth of 13 cultural heritage festivals taking place this year sponsored by and held in Westchester County Parks. The festivities will include dancing, food, arts and crafts, children’s activities and a special appearance by Willie Colon. The festival will be held rain or shine. Seating is informal; bring blankets or folding chairs for seating on the lawn. Admission and parking are free. The Hispanic Heritage Festival is organized by the Alianza Latina.

Kensico Dam Plaza is at the north end of the Bronx River Parkway, in Valhalla. Ridge Road Park is at 287 Ridge Road in Hartsdale
